I have known Michael Kozak at NewAge Fabric Protectors for about 5 years. He was recommended by a friend and he started out coming a couple of times a year. The service he provided was fantastic. Our rugs were clean, our house smelled great and there wasn’t anything harmful in his cleaning solution. I loved that it was and is all natural with a child and pets in our house.

When we did a large renovation on our house three years ago, I asked Michal to treat all the rugs with a fabric protector. Not only did he do all the rugs but he did all the new upholstered furniture. He gave a 3-year warranty for spots and spills. We had many of those spills and he always came right over to clean them for me. It’s been a wonderful service and a learning process as Michael has so many other interesting things to teach about healthy living.

You can’t go wrong with a nice person, a healthy cleaning service that isn’t putting all kinds of chemical cleaning solutions into the air in your house and prompt and thorough service.

Dear Michael,

I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with your service provided through NewAge Cleaning Concepts. As you well know, I started with you 7 years ago when we moved to our home on Marblehead Neck because you had cleaned all the rugs for many years for Mrs. Randolph Barton who previously owned this home.

Over the years of raising three small children and two large dogs, we have needed our rugs, furniture and window treatments cleaned with regularity. You have always been prompt in returning phone calls, scheduling visits and reviewing treatment options with me. As we have replaced carpets over the years, we have been told about other carpet cleaners in the area. I have only used NewAge and will continue to do so because of the hot water / steam method which not only cleans so well, but does not fill the house with noxious odors as some heavy chemicals do.

I am delighted to write a letter about Michael Kozak. I have known him for the 14 years he has cleaned my rugs (often twice a year). He has a wonderful cleaning process which really cleans rugs. He is a hard worker, always early and very fussy about the rugs looking great when he is done.

Once I had a bad spill right after the rugs were cleaned and he came back and did that area for free. He is a delightful person and is very honest and trustworthy. I feel comfortable leaving him in my home to finish when it was necessary.
