LIMITED WARRANTY

For a period of three (3) years from the date of customer invoice, the following limited warranty shall be in effect, for fabrics, carpets and leather items treated with NewAge products. This limited warranty is not transferable and is limited to the benefit of: ______________________Three-Year Guaranteed ServiceStains caused by normal spills such ad alcohol, wine, coffee, beverages, soda, grease, grime, etc., are covered by the terms of this Limited Warranty provided that the stained area is CLEANED IMMEDIATELY and only NewAge products are used, as directed. If, however, a stain remains, NewAge will make all necessary arrangements to remove the stain and, if necessary, re-apply NewAge products to the cleaned area at NO CHARGE to you whatsoever.If any item treated with NewAge products becomes permanently stained and the stain cannot be removed after ___ attempts by NewAge, and the terms set forth below are complied with, NewAge will refund to the customer listed on the reverse side of the Warranty, payment for the original fabric treatment in accordance with the original invoice for that treated item.

This Limited Warranty Is Provided Free If:

1. NewAge is contacted or notified directly by the purchasers within 48 hours of the staining which leads to the warranty claim. A warranty claim cannot be honored if it is made after the warranty period has expired.

2. Within 10 working days after full payment for treatment the Warranty Certificate will be forwarded, to the client from NewAge, 699 Oak Knoll Drive, Ashland, Oregon 97520
This warranty shall list those items treated with NewAge products to distinguish those items treated. This warranty applies to only those items listed and paid for on the back-side of this Limited Warranty. Any and all other items are not covered by this warranty.

3. The items has NOT been misused, abused, or altered in any way.

4. The items are only the items originally treated. The warranty does NOT include wood, metal or plastic, or leather unless the leather item was specifically treated with NewAge leather product and is mentioned on the back-side of this Limited Warranty.

5. The damage or stains are NOT a result of bleaching agents, dyes, acids, burns, corrosives, other extreme or unusual hazardous items or caused by acts of God.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and no agent, salesperson or employee has the authority to vary or waive any term or make other terms in connection with this warranty and NewAge assumes NO other liability in connection with the sale of the product including merchantability and fitness. NewAge shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages of whatever kind and shall only be required to clean the stained area and if necessary, reapply the NewAge product at NO CHARGE.
